Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Life Guard to join our team at The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort. As a Life Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests while they enjoy our pool facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use appropriate rescue techniques to assist swimmers in need of assistance.
  • Monitor the pool area for potential hazards and take proactive measures to prevent accidents.
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for our guests.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the pool area is safe and clean.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • CPR Certification and First Aid Certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
