Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Post Sales Representative to join our team at Edwards Lifesciences Gruppe. As a key member of our Customer Solutions team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage post sales activities across all regions in Europe, including returns management, service complaint resolution, and no charge product processing.
- Work closely with the Local Customer Solutions team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Process requests for product for all Clinical Trials and participate in moderately complex one-time projects to improve the quality of service and effectiveness of the customer solutions department.
- Act as a trainer and mentor for less experienced colleagues and contribute to the development of the team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of previous related experience.
- Required bilingual in both Spanish and English.
- Act as a part of super-user network for JDE and SFDC.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of expertise.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work independently being self-sufficient.
