Global IP Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Global IP Program, driving the development and enablement of our cloud solutions and services across the globe. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company and make a significant impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the implementation and success of our cloud products and platforms across America, APJ, and Europe.
- Develop and execute a global strategy for our cloud platforms, working closely with platform owners, stakeholders, and functional owners.
- Collaborate with Microsoft, AWS, and TD SYNNEX platforms to prioritize key initiatives, ensure task and timeline reporting, and manage issues, risks, and scope.
- Monitor program performance, identify areas for improvement, and maximize results.
- Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.
- Communicate effectively with senior management, preparing impactful messaging and presentations to drive engagement.
- Track workstream progress, including milestone achievement and impact realization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with experience working with senior executives.
- Ability to network effectively, negotiate well, and influence people.
- Proven experience as a program director or similar position, or 5-10 years of product ownership.
- IT Channel experience, preferably in a Managed Service/Hosting Provider, TD SYNNEX, or other Pan European distributors.
- Good business practice consultative skills, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of project/program management techniques, data analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
- Good knowledge of current Microsoft programs and TD SYNNEX's cloud platforms.
- Passion for technology and cloud, with a good understanding of cloud computing, ideally with Microsoft or Amazon.
- Ability to work independently, with responsibility as an individual, and adapt to working hours of different time zones.
- Fluent written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
