Job Title: Staff iOS Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff iOS Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to developing world-class mobile applications.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications at scale, possess deep technical expertise, and demonstrate strong leadership and mentorship abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and architecture of complex iOS applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, specifications, and solutions that align with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our iOS applications.
  • Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize application performance, and ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Improve our processes and tooling to enable us to deliver with confidence – test automation, CI/CD, observability, etc.
Requirements
  • Previous experience leading iOS development, with a portfolio of successful iOS applications.
  • Deep understanding of Swift and Objective-C, as well as familiarity with related frameworks and tools.
  • Experience with modern iOS tools, frameworks, and working flows.
  • Track record of leading and mentoring teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Expertise in performance optimization, memory management, and debugging on iOS.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated testing.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
