Science Researcher

We are seeking a highly motivated Science Researcher to join our team at AECOM.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with world-class technical expertise, leading-edge technology, and innovative project delivery capability around the world.
As a Science Researcher, you will provide advisory and technical services to help clients clean up and close contaminated sites and surplus operational facilities and restore them for reuse.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support to clients in the fields of remediation, chemistry, and environmental science;
- Assisting in the planning and permitting of new facilities;
- Conducting research and analysis to identify and mitigate environmental risks;
- Developing and implementing strategies to restore habitats and water quality;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget;
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Remediation, Chemistry, or a related discipline;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish;
- Good organizational and analytical skills;
- Teamwork skills;
- Good attention to detail;
- A willingness to learn and share knowledge.
