We are seeking a skilled Transport Planner to oversee the logistics of finished product deliveries and inbound raw materials for our Seville site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with logistics companies, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination with the Warehouse team and Customer Service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with logistics companies to procure transportation services for finished products and raw materials.
  2. Manage all associated documentation for transportation, including customs paperwork, delivery receipts, and shipping manifests.
  3. Internal coordination with the Warehouse team to schedule loading and unloading slots efficiently.
  4. Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure accurate and timely communication of order departure and delivery information to customers.
  5. Handle import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  6. Utilise SAP for transport-related transactions, including VL10g, VA06O, and other relevant modules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in transport planning and logistics coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Understanding of transportation regulations, customs procedures, and import/export documentation requirements.
  • User proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems for managing transportation transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
