Job Summary:

Nafsa is seeking an experienced Admissions Director to lead our admissions efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the referral intake and follow-up process, admissions process, and participating in non-hospital referral development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement standardized pre-admission, admission, and census development initiatives to achieve/exceed monthly activity targets and budgeted census goals.
• Establish and maintain positive trends for overall occupancy, Medicare census, new admissions activity, conversion rates, and account receivable targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory standards and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year's full-time experience in long-term care admissions.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
