Role Overview

The Technical Program Manager role is a senior position within the Digital Customer Solutions (DCS) team at Brambles. The primary purpose of this role is to manage the planning and execution of all activities covered by the Solutions team and oversee the overall DCS roadmap process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evolving the rolling 2-year DCS discovery and delivery roadmap, creating options, facilitating decisions, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Ideation, gathering and assessing ideas and requests, and prioritizing them for the solution roadmaps.
  • Discovery, researching, validating, and value customer problems and proposed solutions.
  • Customer insights, tracking Net Promoter Score, customer feedback, and user groups to inform solution development.
  • OKRs tracking and Quarterly Planning Conference preparation, including handshakes with teams across Brambles.
  • Leading the decision process to produce the next quarter plan, balancing competing customer and business demands against available resources.
  • Generating roadmap options and analysis, and leading the ideation process to collect and assess new ideas and requests.
  • Leading the DCS customer insights and NPS process to gather feedback and ideas from customer organizations and users.
  • Tracking and communicating customer insight performance, facilitating learning, and improving processes.
  • Coordinating the QPC preparation and handshake process to agree on a committed next quarter plan between DCS and Digital, IT, and Regional teams.
  • Developing and implementing a maturity improvement strategy for all processes, and delivering this through continuous learning and iteration.
  • Leading, managing, and developing the direct report team, and working with Commercial teams and Product Development teams to establish and obtain consensus on customer goals, objectives, and deliverables.
