Job Description: Senior Marketing Automation/Omnichannel Lead

At Viseven Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Automation/Omnichannel Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Omnichannel projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.



Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultations on Omnichannel and digital marketing strategies to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Lead Omnichannel projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Campaign Manager to streamline workflow and ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Design and implement Customer Journeys that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Develop and execute digital campaigns that achieve optimal results.
  • Conduct regular campaign monitoring to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present campaign results to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Omnichannel strategies.
  • Proven expertise in email marketing and other communication channels, including SMS, messengers, and webinars.
  • Experience with enterprise-level Marketing Automation platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, or Oracle Eloqua.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and services integration, including APIs and databases.
  • Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proactive attitude, with a desire to continuously learn and develop skills.
