Personal Assistant – Full-Time Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Personal Assistant to support household management and day-to-day activities.

This role is ideal for someone looking for a long-term position in a respectful and well-structured environment.

  • Pet care responsibilities include feeding, walking, and providing general care for dogs.
  • Light cooking duties involve preparing healthy, balanced meals using quality ingredients.
  • Household upkeep includes light cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy and organized home.
  • Errands and shopping tasks may involve running local errands, including grocery and household supply shopping.
  • House sitting involves staying in the home approximately 100 nights per year while the executive is traveling, primarily to care for an elderly dog who cannot be left alone for extended periods.

Please note that this role is not suitable for candidates with dependent children, pets, or other personal obligations that would limit overnight availability.

The schedule for this role includes:

  • Monday–Friday: 4 hours during the day, plus occasional evening support (approximately 1 hour)
  • Saturday: 1-2 hours during the day or in the evening occasionally
  • Weekly hours may vary, with some weeks being longer and others shorter, offering flexibility in working hours.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Relevant experience in personal assistance, household management, or similar work
  • Healthy cooking skills, with proven ability to prepare nutritious, well-balanced meals
  • Work authorization to live and work in Spain
  • A clean background, with a criminal background check possible
  • Reliability and flexibility, particularly for house-sitting responsibilities
