About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Localisation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the localisation of our product and marketing content, ensuring that it's accurate, relevant, and engaging for our global audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Localise XE product and marketing content for multiple regions
  • Develop and implement localisation strategies to achieve the best outcome in terms of time, quality, and costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote synergies between markets and refine our tools, workflows, and processes
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to improve the customer experience for their region
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in localisation or project management
  • Fluency in English and ideally one or more additional languages (Spanish, French, Dutch, or German)
  • Experience in launching new languages and markets within a global organisation
  • A strong grasp of localisation and internationalisation issues
  • Experience setting and delivering OKRs for a project
  • Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with CMS and MT tools, as well as best practices in quality management processes and workflows
