About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Mechanical Maintenance and Reliability team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, performance, and quality of our mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of maintenance personnel and contractors to achieve our HSE objectives.
  • Develop and implement reliability improvement and preventive/predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Diagnose failure causes and propose effective solutions, leading problem-solving sessions and conducting RCA, FMEA, and Criticality analysis.
  • Manage main maintenance contracts, ensuring safety, operation, and performance.
  • Collaborate with site engineering and production teams to manage maintenance plans and implement small engineering modifications.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP regulations in the food and pharmaceutical industry.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical or Reliability Maintenance in process industries or maintenance subcontractors.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; any other language is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CMMS/SAP Systems, Microsoft tools, Gmail, and Google Apps.
  • Predictive maintenance techniques knowledge.
