About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data & Analytics Consultant to join our team at Omega CRM. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.
Main Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design tasks to ensure effective data integration and modeling.
- Design and implement ETL processes to collect and ingest data from various corporate databases, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Develop descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive data analysis to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and create data visualizations using world-class tools like CRM Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Present business findings to non-technical audiences and support end-users in data analysis and visualization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ETL processes and data integration.
- More than 2 years of experience in a similar position, with a strong background in business intelligence and data analysis.
- Proficiency in BI tools, including Power BI, CRM Analytics Salesforce, and Tableau.
- Experience with databases and SQL queries.
- High level of English proficiency.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with CRM Analytics (Salesforce) and Salesforce.
