Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting Processes: Develop and implement budgeting processes for Travel Distribution Business Domains and Transversal Functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Capacity Management: Lead capacity management processes, including monthly CCOP processes, to optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient operations.
  • People Management: Foster a high-performing team by defining objectives, driving trainings, and conducting bi-annual performance review meetings.
  • Organizational Design: Design and implement organizational footprint for TRD Product Management and Engineering teams, ensuring alignment with corporate and business unit initiatives.
Requirements:
