**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Global Central Reliability Maintenance Engineering team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle for new launches and new equipment installations in legacy sites.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, risk mitigation, and successful deployment.
- End-to-end ownership for large-scale engineering projects, including planning, design, installation, commissioning, and qualification, launch support.
- Assess and communicate project status, drive escalations on potential risks and delays across multiple teams.
- Collaborate closely with Field Engineering, Reliability and Maintenance Engineering, Design and Construction, and operations teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, and ensure effective communication and coordination across all stakeholders.
- Develop Business Continuity and Risk Mitigation plans with site Reliability and Maintenance teams to allow a seamless handover from Construction or Field Engineering.
- Support the expansion and execution of the Reliability and Maintenance qualification process, including vendor management and feedback.
- Drive and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives working in close partnership with Design, Engineering, Reliability and Maintenance, Procurement, and Safety partners.
**About the Team**
The Early Life Cycle team oversees the transfer of assets to the Reliability and Maintenance teams, working closely with Project Delivery Teams across Customer Fulfillment, Amazon Transportation Systems, Amazon Logistics, and Amazon Grocery Logistics.
