About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regulatory Lawyer to join our Regulatory Response and Investigations team within the Legal Department at Revolut Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support on contentious regulatory issues and internal investigations across the Revolut Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support on a wide range of contentious regulatory matters and internal investigations
  • Provide day-to-day pragmatic legal advice to key stakeholders as a business partner
  • Develop case strategy in partnership with business units
  • Draft, review, and approve submissions and representations, regulatory correspondence, and court documents
  • Coordinate disclosure, including collection and production of materials
  • Keep internal stakeholders up-to-date on contentious regulatory developments and strategy
  • Run internal investigations (including whistleblowing investigations)

Requirements:

  • Excellent academic credentials
  • 3+ years of experience as a private-practice lawyer at a top law firm dealing with financial services
  • Experience in regulatory investigations and enforcement
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and drafting skills
  • Confidence in making decisions where there's ambiguity or incomplete information
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to build excellent working relationships at all levels across the business as a trusted advisor with strong commercial acumen
  • The ability to excel independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Interest in working in a fast-growing and entrepreneurial environment
  • Logical thinking and the ability to make decisions under tight deadlines
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm, and the willingness to roll up your sleeves and take responsibility for resolving issues
  • Excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Fluency in English

  • Experience conducting internal investigations, including whistleblowing investigations
