About the RoleThis is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance for SIX Clearing across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities- Monitor regulatory developments and changes in CCP regulations across the EU, ES, CH, and UK
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and provide strategic recommendations to management
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings, working closely with internal teams
- Develop and implement regulatory policies, conducting research and analysis to inform decision-making
- Act as the subject matter expert and key contact for regulatory authorities and business partners
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Political Science, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English; German is an advantage
- Experience working with EU and Swiss regulatory frameworks, with a basic understanding of the financial markets or clearing landscape
- Demonstrated analytical and research abilities, with attention to detail and an independent work style
