About the RoleWe are seeking an Oncology Statistical Lead to join our team. As a senior member of our department, you will be responsible for leading the design and conduct of statistical analyses for oncology clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing expert statistical guidance to stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the design and conduct of statistical analyses for oncology clinical trials in accordance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement advanced statistical methodologies for complex data analysis, including survival analysis methods and composite endpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, researchers, and data managers, to ensure seamless data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Provide expert statistical guidance and support to stakeholders, including development of statistical plans, reports, and presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in oncology clinical research, applying knowledge to improve processes and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in biostatistics, with a focus on oncology clinical trials.
- Proven expertise in advanced statistical methodologies, including survival analysis methods and composite endpoints.
- Strong knowledge of clinical data management tools, CDISC standards, and regulatory guidelines (ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SAS, R, and Python.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
