Pool Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pool Attendant to join our team at Le Meridien Ra Beach Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our recreational team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe pool deck environment, promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere for our guests, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Maintain the pool deck and surrounding areas to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Participate in recreational activities and events, promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents in accordance with local operating procedures.
• Assist with towel service, linen management, and other related tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.

• Previous experience in a recreational or customer service role.
• Knowledge of pool safety and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
