Job Summary

The Senior SAP Project Manager will lead large, complex projects or programs with budgets between $2M to $5M, or manage multiple complex engagements across multiple Vistex clients. The primary responsibility of this role is to build client relationships and successfully deliver assigned projects, providing thought leadership across technical and business process aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple clients and complex projects simultaneously.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities and expanding Vistex consulting services.
  • Assist with scoping and estimating project work.
  • Identify and close new service opportunities for assigned clients.
  • Identify appropriate consulting skills required for projects.
  • Lead onsite implementation projects.
  • Manage SOW/Contract requirements and related change requests for fixed-priced engagements.
  • Adhere to documented PMO processes and procedures.
  • Develop and manage detailed integrated project plans, including project milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify, track, and report project performance metrics to clients.
  • Manage project issues, risks, scope, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with key client and implementation partner stakeholders.
  • Monitor budget to actual project expenditures, headcount, and deliverable completion.
  • Manage and maintain project financials.
  • Subject matter expert in SAP methodologies and implementation best practices.
  • Mentor project managers and delivery managers as needed.
