We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Admissions Counsellor to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our international business school, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth interviews with prospective students to assess their suitability for our programs.
  • Review and evaluate application materials, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Collaborate with our online marketing team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress.
  • Participate in on-campus and off-campus events to promote our business school and engage with potential students.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective students, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the application process.
  • Work closely with our admissions team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in student recruitment and admissions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new recruitment strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Native or advanced level of English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience working with CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid working permit and immediate availability.
