About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner to spearhead the development and delivery of our innovative data platform, connecting diagnostics and digital products to laboratory and hospital customers.
- This key role will lead the definition phase, build the delivery backlog, and refine and prioritize the team backlog.
- You will support the Business Product Manager in processing customer requests and contribute to the Product Management Team to prepare features/enablers backlog for upcoming product increments.
- A strong understanding of customer needs and solution mapping is essential, as well as experience working in agile methodologies and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leveraging agile methodologies to drive progress and ensure delivery commitments.
- Fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams, including architecture, security, development, and UX concerns.
- Driving business value through correct scoping of features and requirements baseline management.
- Cultivating a deep understanding of product functionalities and socializing incoming features with the development team.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should possess:
- Experience working in agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.
- Leadership skills to drive progress and ensure delivery commitments.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with experience in writing stories and technical requirements.
- An ability to question established norms to achieve desired outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
