We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lecturer in Human Resources to join our faculty at Les Roches Global Hospitality Education, a leading institution in hospitality education.

The successful candidate will be teaching academic theoretical classes in the field of human resources and contribute to the development of our students' knowledge and skills.

This is a permanent contract position located in Marbella, Spain, one of the top destinations for hospitality education.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related area, as well as a Master's degree in HR. A PhD Degree would be an asset. You should have excellent English language skills and be proficient in using computer software. Previous experience in teaching and HR management would be advantageous.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality educational programs. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, flexible, and able to work on their own initiative. The salary for this position is estimated to be around €50,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
