Job SummaryThe Fraud Prevention Manager plays a critical role in safeguarding Ebury against fraudulent activities. This position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in designing, implementing, and managing robust fraud prevention strategies and controls.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement global fraud prevention strategies and controls.
- Manage and mentor a team of fraud analysts.
- Represent the fraud function at committee meetings.
- Collaborate with commercial, analytical, and technical teams to enhance fraud detection capabilities.
- Proven experience working with financial institutions in fraud and financial crime.
- Strong understanding of key fraud typologies and control structures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
- Experience in people management and leadership.
- Working knowledge of SWIFT payment platform.
- Working knowledge of risk management.
- Working knowledge of fraud incident resolution.
- Working knowledge of Fraud Regulatory reporting.
