Job Description

As Supply Chain Forecasting Specialist in Sandoz Iberia, you will analyze market assumptions and system proposals to provide accurate sales forecasts, combining artificial intelligence tools with statistical analysis and business insights. You will manage finished goods demand based on sales forecasts, considering inventory levels, warehouse availability, order policies, customer service levels, and inventory targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop statistical forecasts for products under your responsibility, utilizing AI tools and statistical analysis.
  • Consolidate and challenge 36-month demand signals, identifying trends and launch impacts.
  • Participate proactively in Forecast Review meetings as part of the SBP process.
  • Create delivery schedules from sales forecasts and projected inventory levels.
  • Develop a valid Master Schedule Plan, define purchase programs, and communicate open orders and net requirements to meet sales forecasts and customer service levels.
  • Manage supplier actions to prevent stockouts and overstocking, monitoring and reporting supplier performance.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Demand Planner in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Influencing and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, macros, and pivot tables.
  • Experience working with SAP APO and BW.
