We're Docplanner, a leading healthcare technology company, and we're looking for a talented Product Design Manager to join our team. As a Product Design Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of designers to create exceptional user experiences for our customers, including doctors, secretaries, and clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of designers to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across our products.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to design and launch new features and products.
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and ensure user-centered design solutions.
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including design principles, style guides, and design systems.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product design or a related field.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
