Job Description

As a Senior Project Leader, you will be responsible for managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously from inception to commercialization. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and project leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the leader of project teams accountable for project results and adherence to relevant work processes.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including Technical, R&D, Operations, Logistics, Quality, and Regulatory.
  • Develop detailed project work plans and critical path timelines, considering resource needs and external constraints.
  • Predict and mitigate risks, maintaining contingency plans and adapting to unforeseen events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and influence management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Science).
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a project leader/owner, managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working within a matrix organization, ideally globally.
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of project management principles (PMP certification is a plus).
  • Ability to utilize project management software, such as Microsoft Project.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year
