Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant to Head of Operations and Head of Albacete Plant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Head of Operations and Head of Albacete Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal and external resources, managing communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Operations and Head of Albacete Plant, including coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and managing emails.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows and ensure timely resolution of tasks.
  • Prepare and manage communication materials, including presentations and reports.
  • Support the Operations team at AHE on general administration and logistics arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Blue Collars and Executive management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
  • Fluency in English & French.
