About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst to join our Data & Research Services team at Boston Consulting Group. As a Research Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing secondary research in support of proposals, client cases, and business initiatives, with a focus on Energy related topics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage research requests with a high level of accuracy and organization, primarily on key topics related to Energy and Sustainability.
  • Collaborate with consulting teams and knowledge teams to understand, scope, and deliver accurate, timely, and relevant data and information.
  • Evaluate source quality and data accuracy, and proactively identify and raise research-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in specialized research tools, databases, and sources.
  • Work with Research Associates and outsourcing partners to deliver data quality analysis and coaching.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of relevant working experience in Energy topics, especially in power and utilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a field such as business, economics, engineering, or sciences.
  • Excellent English language skills, with fluency in Spanish. Additional European languages are valued.
