Job Title: Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist with German

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate professional to join our Human Resources team as a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist for a multinational industrial leader.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the entire recruitment process for our various Corporate Departments in Headquarters and subsidiaries, with a special focus on the German market.

Your contributions will cover the entire recruitment process, from defining the job requirements to onboarding and welcoming new employees. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment Management: From creating job postings to negotiating employment conditions, managing documentation, and the onboarding process.
  • Onboarding of New Employees: Coordinating the onboarding process, providing initial training, and introducing the company to new hires.
  • Participation in Recruitment Strategy and Talent Acquisition: Maintaining close contact with Departments and Delegations to analyze their needs and follow up on recruitment processes and candidates.
  • Market Labor Analysis: Staying up-to-date on labor market movements in relevant sectors and advising the internal client on this area.
  • Collaboration with Educational Institutions: Establishing collaborations with universities, training centers, and related organizations, as well as participating in job fairs and talent events.
  • Management of External Providers: Negotiating and managing partnerships with external providers for various stages of the recruitment process.
  • Analysis of KPIs: Collecting, managing, and analyzing key indicators related to employee rotation, hiring, and movement to lead the company's growth strategy in terms of personnel.
  • Interdepartmental Projects: Collaborating with other departments, such as Marketing, Legal, and Administration, to achieve business objectives.
  • Management of Corporate Human Resources Projects: Contributing to the development and execution of projects within the Human Resources function of the company.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Sociology, ADE, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in roles related to talent acquisition.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with various recruitment sources, such as Infojobs, LinkedIn, Indeed, and others. Competence in the use of the Office package.
  • Personal Skills: Proactive, organized, and with a strong focus on quality in work.
  • Language: Medium to high level of English spoken and written, as well as advanced skills in German, both spoken and written.
