The successful candidate will be responsible for providing post-sales technical support to customers, resolving complex technical issues, and developing in-depth knowledge of electrical engineering disciplines. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
- Resolve complex technical issues using analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of electrical engineering disciplines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.
Qualifications:
