Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Field Service Engineers to join our team at Control-Care, a leading provider of industrial automation systems and solutions. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for (pre)commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of control and protection systems for turbomachinery.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, industrial automation, or mechanical engineering, with extensive knowledge of PLC, DCS, and SCADA/HMI platforms. Relevant experience in automation, instrumentation, turbomachinery/rotating equipment, and/or industrial processes is essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be curious, and willing to learn new techniques quickly.

Responsibilities

  1. (Pre)Commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of control and protection systems for turbomachinery.
  2. Collaboration with end-users globally to ensure seamless system integration and optimal performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, industrial automation, or mechanical engineering.
  • Extensive knowledge of industrial automation systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA/HMI).
  • Relevant experience in automation, instrumentation, turbomachinery/rotating equipment, and/or industrial processes.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, curiosity, and ability to quickly master new techniques.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Valid residency status in the European Union.
