We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Central Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for qualifying and converting inbound leads into opportunities for our sales teams.

About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will work closely with our field sales team to follow up with inbound leads and prospect/generate new opportunities. You will be responsible for:

  1. Qualifying and converting inbound leads into opportunities for our sales teams
  2. Participating in weekly sales training & enablement sessions
  3. Meeting and exceeding quarterly qualified leads quota to ensure pipeline objectives
  4. Collaborating closely with Field Sales to establish an outbound account penetration plan
  5. Participating in regular training & informational sessions

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a hunter who has a track record of success and possesses polished phone and writing skills. You should have:

  1. Hard work and a willingness to achieve a high volume of outbound calling activity every day
  2. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  3. Enterprise technology aptitude
  4. A history of over-achievement
  5. Fluency in German or French and English
