Sales Development Executive for SuccessFactors HXM

Sales Development Executives at SAP SuccessFactors are key to driving business growth and helping organizations unlock their full potential. In this role, you will be responsible for building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales organization with SuccessFactors as part of the Human Experience Management (HXM) field.

In order to succeed in this position, you should have a strong understanding of sales development principles and be able to effectively identify and engage with target accounts. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop inbound and outbound leads and help qualify these before passing them across to our field sales colleagues.

Responsibilities:
- Build pipeline by setting up qualified meetings with prospects for our Account Executives
- Identify target accounts, profile, and engage key decision makers and influencers with compelling outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels
- Develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects
- Meet daily activity KPIs

Requirements:
- Fluent German and English speaker, additional languages beneficial
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs
- Ability to work well in a team setting and learn quickly
