Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Assistance: Support directors in implementing plans and strategies, prepare status reports, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office operates efficiently, represent the company professionally, and adhere to company ethics and practices.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and develop the client database, provide exceptional customer service, and cultivate relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with colleagues, fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar professional environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
