About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global Marketing Trainee to join our team at Affinity Petcare. As a Global Marketing Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the development of innovative marketing projects and promoting our brands across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Innovation Projects: Assist in the development of new product codes, pack designs, artwork, toolkits, and website adaptations for our brands.
  2. Content Creation: Support the team in validating social media content and blog articles, monitoring competitors, and identifying opportunities for new content.
  3. Vets Acceleration Plan: Create ad hoc materials to encourage vets' prescriptions and support the team in implementing the plan.
  4. Market and Competitors Reporting: Collect insights across markets and provide analysis on innovation and communication strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, ownership, and autonomy.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting follow-up.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Prior internship or work experience in FMCG is a plus.
  • An excellent level of English and Spanish is a must; French or Italian would be a plus.
