Your Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic sourcing plans to support business needs
- Manage supplier relationships and lead negotiations to ensure the continuity of supply
- Monitor capacity and capability at suppliers and liaise with contract coverage on key materials
- Lead and support global and/or regional negotiations
- Execute contract negotiations and leverage business and digital tools as needed
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Minimum three years working experience in procurement or supply chain (preferably within FMCG)
- Experience in managing supplier relationships and leading negotiations
- Familiar with cost modeling and contracting strategies
