As a key member of our executive team, you will play a crucial role in propelling our strategic initiatives and supporting the COO in driving our company's growth. Reporting to the COO and collaborating with senior leaders, you will drive high-level decisions, strategize processes, and establish policies by creating effective plans, generating innovative ideas, and anticipating challenges to develop new solutions.

Responsibilities:

* Assist the COO and executive team in developing and executing the company's strategic vision and operational plans.
* Lead and manage high-impact projects across various departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely delivery.
* Drive the identification, evaluation, and cultivation of strategic partnerships that support Infinit's growth and market expansion.
* Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the executive team, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.
* 4+ years of experience in investment banking, growth equity, or a related field.
* Experience in a leadership or strategic role is essential.
* Experience in B2B startups is a plus.
