Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage the airport office team, ensuring optimal sizing, organization, and operations to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage the office's profit and loss account, interacting with various departments to optimize revenue, fleet, capacity, and commercial policies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and health and safety protocols.
  • Promote a service-based sales culture to exceed sales targets and improve customer loyalty.

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English, with a good working knowledge of other languages.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Station Manager in a large or medium-sized airport, or equivalent position.
  • Strong leadership, customer orientation, analytical, and results-driven skills.
