About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain IT Business Partner to join our IT Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with supply chain teams to identify areas for improvement and implement technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement technology-driven solutions.
  • Manage Operations IT providers and build Operations IT infrastructure together with the IT team.
  • Support and enhance SAP ECC and EWM Operations processes.
  • Ensure seamless integration of specific supply chain applications, such as IBP, Vendor Portal, and Nutrition Research Center.
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of supply chain IT infrastructure, managing and developing the support team to provide an excellence service.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of supply chain data to inform decision-making, implementing tools for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain efficiency using data-driven insights.
  • Act as a liaison between the IT department and supply chain, translating operational needs into technological requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an IT professional with solid experience in operations processes, including demand and supply planning, operations traceability, and control.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Team player with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in SAP (ECC, IBP, EWM, PI).
  • Nice to know about SQL and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
