We are seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our UK&I Service team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative maintenance and service solutions to our customers across various industry segments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide site surveys, records, and reports to aid quoting of new or replacement equipment.
- Complete servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of HVACR equipment, as well as preventative maintenance of various types of HVACR systems.
- Act as the primary contact for all technical service issues, resolving complex systems within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement, and customer needs.
- Work with our largest customers in the Munster & Leinster area across the retail, commercial, and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Provide technical coaching to team members and coordinate their on-site work activity.
- At least 10 years' experience within the Industrial Refrigeration industry.
- F-GAS 2079 Card, Safe Pass Card, and Manual Handling Certificate.
- Relevant qualifications and certificates (City & Guilds).
- Clean EU Driving License.
- Ability to speak fluent English.
- Qualified to a minimum of NVQ II.
- Previous experience within commissioning, service, repair, and maintenance.
- Ammonia experience will be a distinct advantage.
