Senior Software Engineer

Vonage is a leading provider of cloud communications platforms, empowering businesses to connect with their customers globally. Our APIs and SDKs are used by top companies like Airbnb, Viber, WhatsApp, and Snapchat, enabling them to deliver real-time, customer-centric communication experiences.
The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead large projects or multiple initiatives simultaneously. This role is pivotal to team strategy and project outcomes, involving mentorship, significant architectural contributions, and broad influence on team success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop services and features for innovative products
- Create scalable and resilient solutions that support business growth
- Work on public cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
- Explore our team's work at Vonage Cloud Runtime
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering
- Proficiency in Golang, Kubernetes, Redis, Clickhouse, Postgres, and NATS
- Excellent practical understanding of high-performance, highly distributed computing
- Strong focus on testing, design principles, and adaptability
- Demonstrated ability to learn and work across various technologies and products
- Disruption, execution, and collaboration
