Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Insights Specialist to join our analytics team.

As a Business Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, validating, and aggregating data from various sources to drive business growth.

  • Data Collection and Analysis: You will collect data from multiple sources, including databases, CRM systems, ad platforms, Google Analytics, and tracking systems.
  • Reporting and Visualization: You will help set up and maintain reporting in Tableau and generate ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • Team Performance Monitoring: You will monitor business team performance and provide ongoing analytical support by discussing KPIs, helping formulate and test hypotheses, organizing A/B tests, and reporting on outcomes.
  • Communication and Collaboration: You will work closely with sales, marketing, management, and development teams to visualize and clearly communicate metrics and insights across different levels of complexity.
  • Funnel Analysis: You will analyze sales and marketing funnels to identify trends and provide recommendations on offers, strategy, lead quality, and more.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of data analysis principles and the ability to turn data into insights and insights into business recommendations.
  • Familiarity with product and marketing metrics, such as MAU, LTV, ARPU, CAC, retention rate, etc., and funnel analysis.
  • Strong SQL skills and good knowledge of statistics.
  • Ability to visualize and present data to different audiences; experience with BI tools like Tableau is a plus.
  • Good spoken and written English.
