About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious professional to join our TMT & Healthcare Team as a Graduate Program WB - TMT. This exciting opportunity is part of our Wholesale Banking division, where you will play a key role in executing transformational financial solutions for clients in the EMEA region, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safeguard timely transaction delivery and high-quality transaction execution.
  • Take responsibility for complex financial models, company and market research, credit analyses, rating profiles, and peer group analysis, and manage credit applications.
  • Assess and review due diligence on clients in a dynamic sector.
  • Active support in the syndication or coordination of transactions.
  • Monitor portfolio management activities such as processing of credit reviews, waivers, and amendments.
  • Support our KYC team on keeping our portfolio secure and compliant.

Requirements
  • Ambitious professional with a Master's degree with above-average academic grades.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in the financial sector in an international environment (including internships).
  • Relationship-driven, people-oriented, finds it easy to make connections.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills, strong team player.
  • High level of drive, self-motivation, and professional approach.
  • Affinity with the sector.
  • Strong project, time management & deal execution skills.
  • Preferably excellent financial, modelling & analytical skills, eye for detail.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbally and written.
