About the Job

You will have the opportunity to work for one of the country's most important retail companies' accounts as a Digital Marketing Specialist - Social Media Campaigns. Your main responsibilities will be to apply the global strategy brand in social networks, focusing on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, or LinkedIn, while keeping up-to-date with market evolution.

Your key objectives are:

  • Supervising and controlling the application of planning rules
  • Developing specific Benchmarks by category and brand

How you'd spend your day:

  1. Managing the administration and execution of paid social media plans to ensure objectives and KPIs are achieved
  2. Assisting in preparing and executing social media strategies
  3. Maintaining an open and fluid communication channel with content departments, community managers, and influencers management to transfer a 360-degree vision to the planning
  4. Monitoring and analyzing competition activity in social networks
  5. Monitoring results of organic and payment campaigns and applying learning to the global strategy
  6. Updating, advising, and helping in technical assembly and product news to the activation team
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree related to Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or similar, along with 3 years of experience in digital agencies. Strong knowledge of the Spanish media landscape dynamics is required.

The ideal candidate should be able to push themselves and others for results, have a good level of English (C1 or more), and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
