You'll be responsible for providing second and third-line IT support, managing and optimizing Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, and Deployments, participating in IT projects related to onboarding new companies and standardizing workplaces, and ensuring the security, performance, and compliance of workplace systems.

  • Assist the Service Desk team with escalated issues
  • Manage and optimize Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, Policies, and Deployments
  • Participate in IT projects related to onboarding new companies and standardizing workplaces
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Ensure security, performance, and compliance of workplace systems

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a 2nd or 3rd Level IT Support Engineer in a global enterprise environment
  • Strong expertise in Modern Workplace technologies, including Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, and Windows 11
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global IT environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to travel within Europe (15%) as needed
