Your Role
As a Facilities Manager at TTEC, you'll be responsible for ensuring a safe, attractive, and functional physical environment for all employees. This includes maintaining superior condition of company space, acting as the landlord/vendor liaison, reviewing government regulations, and more.
You'll lead and manage the facilities team, including facilities technicians, service contractors, security teams, and other critical equipment contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, CCTV, elevators, electrical stairs, utilities, and emergency generator, UPS, lighting, security, and Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS).
- Establish and manage facilities budget, creating purchase requisitions, following up on invoices payments, and reporting financial information.
- Evaluate present and future needs for real estate, develop standards to manage relationships with facility-related vendors, and conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRS) with these vendors.
Requirements
- Associates degree in a facilities-related field or vocational/technical diploma with minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role in facilities.
- Experience in electrical, lighting, budget planning, plumbing, and HVAC is a plus.
