At Boston Scientific, we're looking for a highly skilled Field Clinical Specialist to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Electrophysiology division, you'll provide clinical, technical, and educational support to our customers nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert clinical support for our EP portfolio, including case coverage and basic troubleshooting.
- Attend cases in-person or remotely with our customers, advising physicians on clinical attributes and techniques associated with our products.
- Collect and report medical documentation for our procedural device operations.
- Support the team in achieving sales goals and increasing sales revenues.
- Develop a deep understanding of hospital workflows and business relationships with healthcare personnel.
- Respond to complex customer needs and complaints, providing creative and feasible solutions.
- Record customer information and activities in our CRM system.
- Provide education and training on product usage and customer support.
- Clinical experience in Electrophysiology or Cardiac Rhythm Management.
- Successful completion of degree studies in Biomedical Sciences or a related healthcare subject.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate complex technical and clinical details.
- Rapid adaptation to a dynamic marketplace.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively throughout Spain.
