About the Role

Rover is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Strategist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Lifecycle Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to enhance the customer experience across email, mobile, and web.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to engage and retain pet parents and pet sitters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and plans, and guide teams to deliver quality and on time results
  • Manage and coach a small team of direct reports to achieve business goals
  • Develop and optimize customer journey maps to improve the overall customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to inform future strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Experience working with large ESPs and customer journey mapping tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
