As a Sales Director at Zeeman Textielsupers, you will play a key role in driving the success of our stores in Spain. You will lead a team of Regional Managers, each responsible for their own group of stores, and work closely with them to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Lead and manage a team of Regional Managers to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Regional Managers and other Sales Leaders
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in sales and retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving business performance
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
